Cookie Policy

The cookies and trackers UIC uses on this website, their purpose and how to manage them.

Effective since 2 April 2026 · Version 1

What are cookies?

A cookie is a small piece of data stored in your web browser while you browse one of our websites. When you return, the data stored in the cookie can be retrieved to recognise your previous activity. Our cookies do not store information such as your name or address; we use them to remember your preferences and to improve performance and your user experience.

How we use cookies on uic.org

We classify cookies into strictly necessary cookies, which are required for the service to function, and optional cookies (analytics, marketing and preferences), which are only set once you have given your consent through our cookie banner.

Audience measurement on this website is performed using Matomo, self-hosted on UIC infrastructure. Under current CNIL guidelines, first-party audience measurement tools that meet strict conditions may be exempt from prior consent. Optional analytics cookies listed below are nevertheless documented for transparency.

You can change your choices at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.

Managing cookies

In addition to our consent banner, you can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the service from working.
